MOSIC Pseudogene Generator
Have a list of oligonucleotides you want to generate enzymatically? Paste them in and calculate the corresponding pseudogene that you will have to order.
vHelix
Our take on DNA nanostructure design software. This is a plug-in for Autodesk Maya, a very nice 3D modelling and animation software. Now it can also help you make DNA nanostructures! Please visit the dedicated site we put up: vHelix.org
